Student & Family Guidelines

• Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time every Sunday from September through May. If a student will be absent, we ask that families notify the class teacher(s) in advance whenever possible, so we can support continuity in the classroom.

• All students should participate actively and respectfully in class, assembly, and group activities.

• Students and parents/guardians are expected to attend the weekly assembly, not just Dharma or Language classes. Assembly is an important part of building community spirit and supporting shared spiritual growth.

• We encourage both students and parents/guardians to bring an open mind and positive attitude, and to show kindness, respect, and cooperation with peers, teachers, and fellow families.

• Parents and family members are invited to get involved - through volunteering, participating in HATS programs, and supporting their child’s overall educational journey.
